A delegation from Bridge State Water University (BSU), Massachusetts, USA, visited EMRC

Mysuru, 13th February 2025 – A delegation from Bridge State Water University (BSU), Massachusetts, USA, visited the Educational Multimedia Research Center (EMRC) at the University of Mysore as part of their ongoing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

The delegation was warmly welcomed by Prof. Sapna Naik, Director of EMRC, who introduced them to the center’s employees. As a gesture of appreciation, she presented the University of Mysore emblem to the visitors. In return, Frederick W. Clark Jr., Esq., President of BSU, handed over BSU’s emblem, symbolizing the growing partnership between the two institutions

During their visit, the delegation explored the museum and educational studio, gaining insights into the university’s academic and multimedia initiatives. The visit marked another step forward in the academic and research collaboration between BSU and the University of Mysore, with both institutions working towards exchange programs, joint research projects, and faculty partnerships.

The delegation comprised distinguished members from BSU, including President Frederick W. Clark Jr., Esq., Mrs. Carrie Kulick-Clark (Past President of BSU Alumni & Development and Lecturer), Mr. Paul Jean (Vice President, Enrollment, Marketing & Communications Division), Dr. Jakari Griffith (Interim Assistant Provost for Global Engagement, Minnock Institute for Global Engagement), Dr. Uma Shama (Professor of Mathematics), Dr. Jabbar A. Al-Obaidi (Professor & Academic Director of International Student Recruitment and Global Initiatives), Mrs. Wafaa J. Alhassan (Pharmacist, PharmD), and Dr. Gregory DeMelo (Director of Travel Services & Special Projects).
