EMRC Staff Reads Preamble of the Constitution

Mysuru, August 20, 2025 — The staff of the Educational Multimedia Research Center (EMRC), led by Director Prof. Sapna M. S., along with Mr. Lokesh, read the Preamble of the Constitution on Wednesday. The staff collectively repeated the pledge, affirming their commitment to uphold the values enshrined in the Preamble.

This initiative is in line with the State Cabinet’s decision on June 15, 2023, which mandated the daily reading of the Preamble of the Constitution in all schools and colleges across the state, including government, aided, unaided, and other institutions. The order, implemented from September 15, 2023, marked the observance of the International Day of Democracy.
